ROCK GEAR is a privately-owned company, inspired by a love of music and video games, and a fascination with emerging LED technologies. Our HexoLight Music Lights and other products make listening to music and playing music video games like Rock Band, Guitar Hero (and soon: DJ Hero) much more fun, by instantly creating a concert-like or party atmosphere right in one's home or dorm room.

While we don't claim to be solving any of the world's BIG problems, we're proud to be playing our part in helping bring home entertainment up a level. We were pleasantly surprised by the rave reviews our first product (HexoLight 3000) received when we launched in early 2009, with help and encouragement from the founders of Guitar Hero. And the rest, as they say, is history.
